Customer service is extremely fast and pleasant. Easy to deal with. Games are fun. They are challenging especially when you really want to get there and get that money lol. But so far so good for me. I'm loving it.

I try to talk to support, but the Albert employee responds and tells me that we must verify your identity, knowing that my identity has been previously confirmed, and I have been waiting for the payment for more than 8 days, and support is slow in responding.

I literally have tried to do 100 different surveys and just get disqualified for all of them. not worth my time if I spend 10 minutes on each one to find out I make nothing from it. very frustrating

I have had no issues using this site as a way to earn some extra cash. Everything is laid out very professional and I have never had a serious problem with Kashkick going on 6 months now.
Recently had a crediting issue (probably my fault). Customer service was extremely quick in their response and action in helping me. I am truly amazed at the opportunities on this platform and how well it is run.

Had a tracking issue and support manually credited the level completed with correct amount within 2 hours on a Sunday. I was told that since it wasn't tracking correctly, no other levels would track which was fine since I stopped on the one completed level. This was my first offer and dealing with support so I'm very impressed by their customer service.
