Jordan and staff were great! My kids, husband, dad and I had the best time! Accommodations were very comfortable. Size of the house was great for 6 people. Pool and bar were fun when we stayed on property. Def need to use transportation but it was super easy to get a driver or a taxi. Easy walk to sandy bay beach and to some places to eat on beach if not eating at GG where food was delicious too. Breakfast was too notch. They accommodate any diet restrictions or bar recommendations!

We brought the chaos crew but they handled it well!! A great time 3 adults and 3 kids and the accommodations were perfect size, price. Breakfast was delish. Food was great. Everything you need to have a wonderful time. Def need a driver or taxi but easy to get to travel about the island. Calm and friendly area and staff. We will be back for sure!!
I had an amazing experience at Guava Grove. This place is a hidden gem in Roatan. The natural garden setting is absolutely beautiful and creates such a relaxed tropical vibe that you do not want to leave.
The food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Huge shoutout to Chef Jackie for consistently delivering such high quality dishes. If you are at the bar, Benny is the person you want serving you. He is friendly, attentive, and makes great drinks. The 2 for Friday specials are a great deal and make it even easier to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere.
The pool bar is another highlight. It is perfect for lounging, sipping cocktails, and soaking up the surroundings. What really stood out was the level of service. The owner Jordan truly goes above and beyond to accommodate guest requests and make sure everyone has a great experience.
I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in Roatan. You will probably end up coming back more than once.
Excellent stay at Guava Grove. Great value; jungle setting yet just a few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and peaceful with great food and coffee. If you want nightly activities, it’s an easy walk to the blue Bahia for bingo, music, etc. Plan B pizza is a short walk and the Sunken Fish also has a great rooftop balcony for watching sunsets. Also easy to walk down the driveway and catch a cab to go to west end/bay for the evening. We went to the brewery, golfing, Kristi’s overlook and fishing while here and found it was a good starting location for those activities. The kitchen cooked our fish for us from our fishing day! Would recommend and will return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.
Jordan is the absolute best! She made sure that we had everything we needed (and then some!) consistently going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Just to name a few things: going to the store specifically for a toaster, extra pillows and even purchasing a pack n play as well as a mattress for my little one. One day a button popped off someone’s pants, and Jordan made sure we had needle and thread to make the repair. There literally wasn’t anything she didn’t do for us! We were made to feel like family from the moment we walked through the door, and Jordan and her family are beautiful and welcoming people. I stayed here for 8 days with my family, including my two young kids (2 and 4). The facility is a fantastic place for young children, and the pool area is a great place to hang out during the day if you don’t want to travel far. We often drove into west end and walked the main strip with the kids, which was enjoyable, and the location of Guava Grove is situated really conveniently close to all the major tourist areas. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous, and the food is incredible! I would highly recommend staying at the Guava Grove if you’re in Sandy Bay. Jordan saved the day for me. She was so hospitable and accommodating. The first room she gave me had some neighbors that were a little loud early in the morning and since rooms are made of wood they are not sound proof. She gave me some great recommendations for my short time in Roatan and I’m so glad I took them. She also organized an excursion for me to join her at a private bay which was the highlight of my 3 days there. She made breakfast every morning that was delicious and provided coffee or tea. I opted for tea and she would give me new hot water for it. Really can’t express how much I appreciate her and Guava resort.

Great Get Away in Roatan
Wonderful boutique property in a tropical garden setting gives the feel of a private oasis with pool, swim up bar and outdoor covered restaurant. Still minutes away from West End with transportation so very easy to stay at Guava Grove and dive with operators in West End. Cheryl and her daughter Jordan were wonderful hosts and made sure we had coffee and a light breakfast before our morning dives which we enjoyed on our porch. Access to an outdoor clothes line for all our wet gear was a bonus. Highly recommend Guava Grove.
Wonderful property! Beautifully landscaped and a serene break from touristy West End, but close enough to easily get to that area using transportation. Cheryl and her daughter Jordan were wonderful hosts and made sure we had coffee and breakfast before our early dive boat departures. The pool area and bar are an oasis themselves and much of their ingredients are sourced on property. Highly recommend!
