Guard metrics set up was difficult and not intuitive. After spending over $700 and several phone calls (some not answered). We tried a few video support consultations to help build the report app for our company but each time the procedures to set up basic aspects of a security report were not intuitive, laborious and the results was less than complete or accurate to what we shared with them that we wanted as a final report) The support blames our leaving on our needs changing when in fact the reason we left the service was because of the difficulties referenced above and poor communication from their company). No attempt by thier response to reach out live, just a Zen message center reply from support) Save your money
