Guardian Structural have been fantastic from start to finish â after initially struggling to find a company that I felt that I could trust, that were affordable, and could help me make sense of where to start in addressing an issue that we had in our house, I had peace of mind and clarity from the moment I got in touch with Guardian. They went above and beyond in taking the time to understand what was needed and the best way to go about it â from that point on we knew we were in safe hands, and Adam, Julia and Assad expertly guided us through the whole process. Communication and co-ordination of all the different elements of the work was exceptional, and having Julia as a constant point of contact throughout the project and to support with the application to building control was invaluable. This has been the second time using Guardian for structural work and I couldnât recommend them more. Adam clearly knows his stuff, they turn up and crack on, really nice guys (and girls!) to have around and quick solutions to any problems that may arise (as can happen with old houses). Adam and Julia make the whole process so easy - from quote, structural engineer (Assad is great!) and building control. Would never want to use anyone else for structural work.

Highly recommend Guardian Structural Ltd for any chimney related work needed, in my case it was a stack in a two bed terrace house. The spare room chimney, straight down to the dining room stack was obliterated in a very controlled and short time. The loft section of the stack was secured by gallow brackets and three pieces of steel underneath brick work. Along with fireboarding.
All in all, the work spread over four days, from Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon. Communication was clear from the off and any questions, worries or details were answered and dealt with ease.
Skip delivery and collection were dealt with by Guardian Structure, utilising a trusted supplier. Along with Buidling Regs and any other requirements, being easily sourced and completed with very little fuss.
Again, highly recommend these guys.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Removing walls is a stressful process, especially in an old victorian property. Until Adam provided a quote I was nervous about the structural changes. Guardian were excellent throughout, resolving potential issues before they arose and dealing with any issues efficiently and professionally. If you are looking to make some important structural changes to your home use this company and you will be in good safe hands. Thank you Guardian for your help and excellent work.
Used Guardian to knock down a supporting wall, moving a door to a move convenient place and widening an existing doorway.
Julia was helpful throughout with communication and Adam was amazing. We changed the scope of the job the day before and their attitude towards it was essentially "easy, not a problem"
Any minor issues along the way we're quickly rectified very professionally as well.
Overall, I would 100% use guardian again

Not only was the quality of their work brilliant and very fairly priced, they went above and beyond on a number of occasions to help with other aspects of our project, and saved us a HUGE amount of time.
