Groza Construction LLC Reviews

I hired Groza Construction to paint the outside of my house. They went above and beyond! Not only did they do a fantastic job on the house they took on a few extra projects that I needed help with (replaced a window and siding) . They made sure everything was done to my liking and they were always very respectful of my house and space. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience working with Groza Construction on the interior painting of my three-bedroom rental house. The tenant had recently moved out after living in the home for 20 years, so the interior was definitely in need of a fresh coat of paint before putting the house back on the rental market. From the beginning, they were professional, on time, and very detailed. Their estimate was clear and itemized, so I knew exactly what I was paying for in terms of materials and labor. There were no surprises, and the project stayed on budget. One of the things I appreciated most was how easy they made the entire process. I work and have two kids, so making multiple trips to the paint store, picking up supplies, and coordinating all the little details can be difficult. Groza Construction handled everything for me, kept me informed, and let me know as soon as the work was completed. They also finished the job on the exact day they said they would, which was extremely important since I was trying to turn the house over quickly after a long-term tenant moved out. The finished paint job looks wonderful, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Professional, reliable, detailed, on time, and on budget. I would definitely recommend Groza Construction and would use them again for future projects.

They seemed like good kids but communicating in English was tough. I only hired them for pressure washing. In the end I went with another contractor but they kept insisting and improving their offer. I had already made up my mind.

Good experience! They did a clean, thorough job pressure washing our house siding, painting the soffits and back door, and fixing our door trim. On time, professional, and super responsive—they promptly took care of a minor issue after the project was completed without any hassle. Would definitely hire them again!

Aleks repainted the exterior trim of our house this fall. The price was fair, and he completed everything in the contract: pressure washing, scraping and sanding all the loose and peeling paint, caulking, spot priming, and two full coats of quality exterior paint on the gables, window trim, fascia, soffits, and the entry and garage trim. I also asked him to take care of a few extra small issues along the way, and he handled them without any fuss. Solid workmanship, and he left the site clean. Would happily hire him again and recommend him to neighbors.

For a caulking and paint job on new construction, with a remodel of the original house, there was a large amount of caulking that caused a couple of the bidders to pretty much say they only would be interested for a price I was not going to choose. That was not the case with this company.Having been in building for 52 years I'm fairly familiar with those who want to get in and out as quickly as possible, and those who care about detail and are prepared to stay until the job is done to the owner's satisfaction. These guys definitely are the latter. Every detail I wanted covered they completed, and then we walked the entire job making sure I was satisfied.I actually had chosen a different contractor, but weather and other obligations pushed out the start date, so I looked elsewhere. I have to say I am glad I did. This went like clockwork and the end result is excellent quality, and I have high standards.

They were very affordable, responsive, professional and I was very impressed by the quality, precision and thoroughness.. we also had them replace trim around our front windows that came out really nicely and matched our other windows. They did a great job prepping and cleaning up afterwardI would definitely recommend Aleks and his team and use them again for future projects.

Crew did a great job on prepping and painting my house and detached garage. Many details were followed - a lot of trim work painting, railings, and sanding were required and they delivered. No delays and got the job done in the time frame they estimated.

5/5 Stars — Outstanding Experience! If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality painter, look no further! We hired them to paint our 118-year-old house, and they blew away our expectations. While other contractors quoted us a 4–5 day timeline, this team got us on the schedule immediately and finished the entire job in just 3 days, all without sacrificing a single drop of quality. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and our historic home now looks fresh, beautiful, and completely transformed. Throughout the process, their communication was clear, honest, and consistent. To top it off, they provided an awesome price that couldn't be beaten. Professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled—we could not be happier with the results! We will definitely be asking them to return for future projects!
