Pain and Swollen free I absolutely love this place. It has not only changed my life for the better but also my 90 year old mom’s too! I went it with carpal tunnel and a swollen hand that was swollen for almost 2 months and in one session not only did the swelling go down, but has not swelled up again a week later. Today I had her work on my knees (which needed replacing for at least 10+years), and I walked out of there with no pain and doing karate kicks lol. This place is amazing and I highly recommend them! My mom has her shoulder and groin pain worked on and is helping her so much. Her range of motion in her shoulder (which needs to be replaced), has really improved! If you have any pain or issues, you should definitely check them out!

My journey with my medical care brought me to Grove Wellness. I have added accupuncture with Dr Stephanie in my wellness journey. What a difference these treatments are making. Not only do I feel better, move better, and have less chronic pain, but I also am learning about how I can improve my health. Dr Stephanie is wonderful to work with. Thank you from a guy who was in chronic pain and not moving, to a person who can go out into the garden and move around.

I've received excellent treatment from Dr. Illingsworth and Dr. Neuerburg. Both are knowledgeable professionals who teach at the local acupuncture school. You would be in great hands with either practitioner. I leave this review for those seeking musculoskeletal care. Here, Dr. Neuerburg truly excels. Stephanie leverages her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and her Doctor of Acupuncture degree to craft effective solutions. This spring, I injured my achilles tendon on a long distance bicycle trip. The evening I chose to discontinue the ride, I contacted Stephanie and began working with her to expedite my healing. She developed a most effective exercise and recovery plan that had me walking, jogging, and then riding again by summer. My New York acupuncturist and I remain amazed by the results. If you're experiencing sports related injuries, Dr. Neuerburg is the practitioner to partner with.

I had a great appointment with Stephanie Neuerburg! Within minutes she knew and clearly explained to me why I trip over my own feet. I have an exercise program that will easily be incorporated into my current workouts, had a very comfortable acupuncture treatment with estim, and she even sent a link for impressively affordable running shoes that should fit my weird feet. I'm really looking forward to experiencing how my body changes as I work to correct the current imbalances.

Dr. Charles Illingworth is a healer and in my opinion- a magician. I’ve sought his help on multiple occasions for acute pain in my neck/shoulders and after a foot injury. His knowledge of the human anatomy is clear from the first few minutes and I’ve found immediate relief from his acupuncture treatments. If you’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough practitioner, go see Charles. He has never failed to help me feel better or to get to the source of whatever was causing the pain/issue. 10/10, highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the experience I had at Grove Wellness Center today. Due to a fear of needles, I was extremely hesitant to book an acupuncture appointment for an ankle injury sustained a year and a half ago. I have experienced days where my ankle was so swollen that I could not put any pressure on my foot and would have to walk with a noticeable limp. The knowledge and compassion Charles displayed today as he took the time to listen to me describe the pain I was experiencing immediately put me at ease. He reminded me throughout the treatment that if I was not ok, I just needed to let him know and we could stop. By listening, Charles was able to pinpoint the exact location of my pain without hesitation and offered an after-treatment plan for me to follow at home. I was able to walk out of the office without pain. I cannot thank Grove Wellness Center enough, and I will definitely be making future appointments.

I have been going to Charles for acupuncture for 5 years, for various running ailments. He is knowledgeable, insightful, and always listens to me before my treatments. Each time I go, I walk out feeling 100% better. From a thrown out back, to hamstring issues, to a cranky IT Band, I can count on Charles to get me back to running very quickly. I can't recommend him high enough!

What an incredible experience. This was my very first time getting acupuncture done so I was quite nervous. If you have chronic or intense pain, I really wanna recommend this to you. I am not affiliated with this business but it has helped me so much I've been suffering with a herniated disc for months now. The pain has been debilitating and really difficult. I'm of course pursuing treatment with my doctor but I also have sought out support in the form of other methods. I've been going to Grove Wellness Center for acupuncture and it is amazing. I went in there yesterday with my pain at an 8 or 9 and after a session with Charles I left with my pain at a 3. Seriously. Anyone with chronic and/or debilitating pain knows what a HUGE deal this is. I'm sharing this to help anyone who is suffering. Pain like this is so hard to live with. Anything that can help is a miracle in my eyes. Definitely check them out. They're a new business in Lansdale but Charles isn't new to the industry at all. He even teaches Acupuncture as a professor and has been a doctor for many years. Definitely experienced and so knowledgeable and compassionate. It's been a great experience and I really hope that someone else who needs relief can find it here.

I've been working with Steph on various injuries from Crossfit and running on and off for the past few years. When she opened up Grove Wellness a few towns over I tried out a different local PT, BIG mistake. Catch me making the trip to Landsdale because Steph gets to the root cause, finds the fix, gives you all the education to keep progressing on your own AND not get re-injured. She's also just a great person and has such a solid bedside manner it's easy to forget I'm seeing a Healthcare professional for an ailment haha. Most recently, I got a wackey overuse injury from running a half marathon and not lifting for a year [rookie move]. After months of trying to rehab on my own, hiring specialized coaches and seeing the local PT I found myself in 8/10 chronic pain just existing. I couldn't walk 5 minutes down the street to let my dog out. As an active person it felt like my life was over...not to be dramatic. Steph was able to immediately address the issue. After 1 acupuncture and PT session I began experiencing immediate improvements in pain levels and capacity. It's now a few visits and a few months later and I'm back in the gym and training for a fall race. Go see Steph it's like having a little miracle in your back pocket.

5 stars are simply not enough for the care, time and attention you receive at Grove Wellness Center. I've been lucky enough to treat with Dr. Stephanie for over a year now and it has been the best investment in my health since i started working out in the first place. she is kind and knowledgeable and a joy to be around. her combo of PT and orthopedic acupuncture has truly been a lifesaver that has kept me moving well, lifting heavy and far away from chronic injury and invasive medical procedures. i'm someone who HATES doctors offices and avoids at all costs but i look forward to my appointments at Grove Wellness and will never take for granted how lucky i am to live within driving distance
