Great company. Nice guy. Explains they in terms you can understand. Love having them come fix my appliances. WE HAD HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. They got me to sign up with them by saying that groves was one of there repair companies. They sent I a guy who stood at washer and watched videos on how to fix my Washer. Never did anything. Claimed my washer was fine. GROVES came in ran a couple tests and found and fixed the problem super fast. CANCELING THE WARRANTY COMPANY. Will only deal with Groves from now on. Will also not deal with any companies that hires subcontractors. Either ever again so thankfully Groves don't do that either.
