Today I knocked out a CrossFit-style home workout inspired by Ground Zero Fitness, and it reminded me why I love being part of this gym so much. Ground Zero isn’t just a place to work out — it’s a community that gives me the tools, confidence, and programming to stay consistent even with my busy schedule.
I completed rounds of dumbbell front rack work and hand-alternating planks. For the lunges, I used my own bodyweight instead of weights, but it still challenged me. I finished 6 full rounds of 20 reps, and the planks felt strong too.
Overall, it was a solid session, and I’m proud that I can stay on track with my fitness goals right from home thanks to the support and structure Ground Zero Fitness provides. Being a member truly makes it easier to show up, whether I’m at the gym or in my living room.
