*Be careful when you sign a retainer agreement with Denis. His contract contains with that you cant even have a chance to review your receipt at the court!!! I was not happy with his invoice so requested my invoice at court, but it got dismissed because of one clause that I give up arguing about an invoice something. He didn’t explain to me about it at all when we signed. *If he is a honest lawyer, Why he needs that clause?
I was Denis client from Dec. 2023 to middle of March 2024.
He sent me invoice over $4,800. Denis asked me to find other lawyer when I asked about the invoice and complained keep waiting. Since then we have not talked anything about my case anymore.
Denis asked me to restore $20,000 then he will continue to work.
However, I found a new lawyer then all of sudden, Denis sent me a new invoice over $1,040.
The first retaining fee was $5,000 Denis has not done anything, it was all junk emails between him and me and victim protection filled up and it was useless. .
He sent me the second invoice after he asked me to find a new lawyer.
I enrolled to the court to assess his invoice and I forwarded to Denis but he did not show up today.
Before I retained him, I felt Denis was very kind and he sent me very detail information but once I signed the retain agreement,
he was not responsible at all.
He charged most of invoices to make me wait so I sent him emails and useless victim protection from and have not use it.
Watch out////Denis will say to you that Find a new lawyer after he used all the retained money because he know you will get stress out to find a new lawyer and have to pay extra for the new reviewing.
Denis also said one of his client sued him now not just for involve, at the superior court. Denis said his ex-client`s lawyer is my old lawyer. Denis kept complained about my old lawyer but Denis did not do anything.
My old lawyer who has just over 1 year old experience but he worked much better.
Denis had no responsibility. He just took money.
I am very glad that I am done with Denis.
