Noah was very professional, introduced himself, reviewed the problem, discussed my options and got confirmation to begin work. He tried unclogging 2 shower drains, tried several ways until the problem was resolved, he didn't give up. Just keep working at unplugging the clogged drains. After he unclugged the drains he packed up and cleaned up the showers, so you never even knew he was here. Remaining very professional, polite and conscience. I will definitely call Griffin again if I have any further plumbing needs.

Tim was excellent. He was knowledgeable and he followed the line coming out of my meter. There was a leak somewhere in the 150 feet between the meter on the road and my condo. Griffin Plumbing charged $89 to have him come out, but he said because the lines were PVC. He couldn’t find the leak and he gave me the name of another company. They came out and charged me $400 for 30 minutes to find the leak. I dug the leak out myself and sent pictures to Griffin Plumbing and they gave me a bid of $739 to repair the 1 inch PVC. I decided to do it myself, and it took me one hour And I am not a plumber. I dug it out and was going to fill it back in for them and I think it would’ve probably took them 30 minutes to complete the process for $739. I think that price was ridiculous even though I’m sure they would’ve done a good job. If you have a problem You Tube it and fix it yourself, save yourself a lot of cash.

On December 03, 2025 Jeremy Griffin, owner of Griffin Plumbing gas lighted me, an owner having work done by them, said I was "over thinking", relative to my concerns. We had an expensive main line repair done a year earlier that was under a ten year warranty. A portion of the work they did failed. During the course of the warranted repair, options were given by two different plumbers from Griffin Plumbing. Each contrasted the other and I asked questions for clarification to make a decision concerning what option to repair the problem I could make. The result was conflicted and communication poor. I spoke with Jeremy about continued poor communication within his company and that's when he got defensive and said I was over thinking, when I was clearly asking questions to make the most informed decision regarding the needed repair. I had first mentioned to Jeremy a year previously that communication between his employees and myself was lacking. End result was Jeremy becoming upset with my customer input and telling me he no longer would service our plumbing needs. Jeremy does not communicate or care about interpersonal relationships, as I experienced and anyone considering hiring his company should be forewarned.

We take warranty obligations seriously, and actively resolved the current issue under the terms of the original work. The full original 10-year warranty on the water service line remains active.
That said, after multiple interactions, it became clear that our communication styles and expectations were not aligning in a way that allowed us to provide the level of service we strive to deliver to every customer. For that reason, I informed you that, now that the warranty item is resolved, we will not be able to take on any future projects at your property. This is a rare step we take only when we believe it is in the best interest of both parties.
We genuinely wish you the best in finding a plumbing company whose working style is a better long-term fit for you.
