My pool had turned green. GSPS was able to come out , did a complete analysis of my water, cleaned my chlorinator , added all of the chemicals that were needed, and provided detailed instructions on how to proceed . They followed up to make sure everything was going ok. The tech, Parker, was awesome! It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with a person and company that's knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. They are my go-to for my pool needs going forward!

Grey Shark is amazing! We installed a pool this season not knowing how different the process is from PA...Rob from Grey Shark gave me his number to text with concerns, he answered on off hours and made sure everything was up and running before our first seasonal rental. The weekly service is very reasonable, the techs do a superb job & the pool always looks amazing ,and they alert me to any minor issues they may see that needs my attention. Grey Shark staff goes above and beyond, they respond right away & reassure me whenever I ask about a concern, and they make unscheduled trips to be sure I'm covered!! I have already given out their name to friends and family as a company & staff that I would highly recommend...now I'm recommending them to the whole of Oak Island community!! To anyone looking for a good pool service company, definitely use Grey Shark!

Grey Shark Pool Services was very professional and timely with their service. My pump seal started leaking. I called in the morning and Angie was able to have Rob come out to my home before 1PM. Rob diagnosed the issue and had the pump repaired the following morning. I’ll make sure they are my first call in the future for any poll service issues.

Was struggling with 3 yr old filter, believing I needed all new sand. Grey Shark found sand was OK but low, and they added an extra 100 lbs. They confirmed filter parts/ operation was good and also tested and adjusted current chemicals and gave me guidance on additional chemical maintenance to regain balance. Water now clear. I was very pleased with their response time, efficiency and follow-up call from technician Rob B regarding exactly what he found. They also saved me a few hundred dollars.

My pool pump motor went out unexpectedly and Grey Shark Pool Services was able to replace it the very next day. The service technician (Charles) was awesome and left the work area neat and clean. I would highly reccomend Grey Shark. Rob, Charles, and Josh have been fantastic in every way. As new pool owners, we knew nothing about running and maintaining a pool and Grey Shark has been great in teaching us what we need to know. We had a few issues after another pool contractor installed the pool and Grey Shark stepped in and got us back on track. Their communication, responsiveness, and friendliness can't be beat.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. After contacting two other companies which were no shows I called Grey Shark. They came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem, returned the next day to work on the repair, needed to order a part which was not available locally, expedited shipping and we were backup and running in three days. I had been using another pool cleaning company on the Island for 3 years with nothing but problems. I finally had to cut ties before my equipment was permanently damaged and switched to Grey Shark. Boy I’m sure glad I did, what a difference. My technician Charles takes great pride in his work and is a true professional. They use modern chemical testing equipment which emails you the results and have a self contained vacuum system which doesn’t require the tech to attach to your already burdened pump. I would highly recommend Grey Shark for any pool maintenance needs. Keep up the great work guys!
