My beachfront condo in Oceanside flooded when a sliding glass door seal failed during a major storm and water poured in all night. I woke up to find inches of water throughout my living room and bedroom. At first I panicked seeing my hardwood floors buckling but then I called Green Planet Restoration San Diego and they responded immediately even at 5am. Their san diego water damage restoration team arrived within 45 minutes with industrial pumps and extraction equipment. Ruben assessed the salt water damage and explained how they'd need to treat it differently than regular flooding. They worked quickly extracting water and set up specialized dehumidifiers to prevent corrosion. The whole drying process took about 7 days but they monitored everything constantly with moisture meters. Beyond that, they also helped me document everything for my HOA and insurance claim. Really appreciate their professionalism and understanding of coastal water damage issues!

I had water damage in my Rancho Santa Fe estate from a decorative fountain that developed a leak and saturated the foundation. Water was coming up through the marble floors and I had no idea where it was originating. Had terrible cigarette smoke odor throughout my newly purchased condo in Vista from the previous owner who smoked indoors for decades. My above-ground pool liner tore during a party and 10,000 gallons of water flooded the backyard, patio, and seeped under the house foundation. What an embarrassing disaster in front of all my guests!
