Update; finally made progress, this company has responded, and made contact with insurance company. However, company has not sent correspondence to the family for our own records (as they previously stated they would). To date, we have yet to receive copies of the transactions in detail and invoices, pictures, etc. Hired this company to work on our family home then out of nowhere just stopped doing work. Was working with the project manager,then, all of a sudden, no correspondence and no communication. Left voicemails, and lots of messages. Called dispatch, allegedly, the account was noted and I was supposed to receive a call from Janet, didn't happen. If this company did call, no voicemails/texts/emails were left. Stopped corresponding, stopped returning calls, doesn't return calls. If they call, they don't leave a voicemail. Rude, unprofessional and bias. I have receipts to verify my allegations.

Be cautious of these unscrupulous companies that provide these services. They charge exorbitant prices and drain the protection you have from your insurance policy. Why do they have 5-star ratings? They contact you after the fact and ask you to remove the 1-star review for some kind of consideration. Ezekiel, the project manager, repeatedly assured me that the service would cost approximately X. However, when I received the bill, it was nearly double that amount.
The work started mid March.
His team cut 24 inches of drywall in areas where there was no moisture (1st pic).
My sink was gone on April 27th. There was water overflowing in the large PVC pipe, the runoff into plastic bucket. They left my sink on the ground after removing it. I had no kitchen!
They removed everything from the house, which was unbelievable. I could make a movie script of all the false and evasive statements Ezekiel spoke, in retrospect double speak. I can’t believe they can get away with this. I had a leak yes, from the water line that went to my fridge. But what they did was way beyond over the top! They even had me pay for a lab to test for asbestos! When have you heard of a home having asbestos ? Do yourself a favor if you have a water leak: cut your own drywall and rent some blowers from Home Depot. This company and others like it will disrupt your peace. They’re like vultures!
I needed a restoration company due to a water damage. Allan handled the restoration with true care and professionalism.
