Shady business DO NOT let these people in your house! You'll regret it if you do! They will also harass you, but say you are harassing them, from I heard. Very unprofessional the owner must know and not care at all. Find a different place!

We started noticing dark spots forming along the baseboard in our second bedroom and made the mistake of assuming it was just dirt. It was not. By the time we called Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino the mold had spread further into the wall than any of us expected. They did a full inspection, explained every step of the remediation process before starting, contained the work area so the rest of the house stayed unaffected, and removed every bit of the affected material before treating the structure behind it. The wall was restored so cleanly you would never know anything had been touched. We had independent testing done afterward and everything came back clear. I keep thinking about how much worse it would have gotten if we had waited another few months. Really grateful we finally made the call.

If I could leave a negative star I would I refer companies as a plumber and handle restorations and worked with many team I had green planet for my personal home and omg worst service I ever seen or worked with evey day different guys came not even the same guys they didn't look professional and where not as well not noing what to do and hanging out most of the day and and in there car hanging out and pissing outside around the house I addressed this to the project manager them blaming me and that there delays where my fault I told him I did have cameras to show him what time they arrived and what they where doing and it was not due to me at all I was not even home I would leave when they got there different guys showed up daily no clue what to do and they broke my fringe as well I pointed out as well they loaded up half partial of my house not even everything they threw stuff outside never covered and it got rained on they damaged stuff that was not even damaged staircase and stuff that was not even damaged I had to tell them to covered an protect and how to do there jobs to keep from further damage of my stuff they flooded my house Secound time when they where there to handle original flood it was BAD there office couldn't still communicate with billing and instead of working it out there staff they just went to legal and there money was there the hole time they got it I had to hold there hand and walk them threw it there office staff couldn't handle it they asked to come back and unload there containers and it was covered I said hell no I told them how awfull they where and I raher do it my self I did not want them returning at all save your self from the nightmare I went threw call anyone but this company it's a nightmare littlerly ALL around I did try to reach out to management mutiple times and nothing seem like no one cares so hopefully this review saves some homeowners the headach I went threw get a company that cares and make sure there crews and team are on it and they get back to you not just push you to the side and be another number or Customer

Water damaged hundreds of bottles and the custom wood racking. What a nightmare! Called Green Planet Restoration San Bernardino and they came out immediately. Had my entire vacation lodge in Cedar Glen fill with smoke when a bird nest in the chimney caught fire. Even though the fire was tiny, smoke permeated everything including all the bedding and furniture.
