Wow wow wow!!! Incredible company to work with! I had Burst water line in the kitchen. Kitchen flooded and affected my entire home! I then had called my insurance and they sent me their vendor to fix the issue with the flood and I was not satisfied with the work that the insurance vendors did. I noticed my neighbor had some restoration company at their house working. I talked to my neighbor she shared nothing but positive feedback about Green Planet restoration company! She gave me the project managers business card and information! I called the Project Manager (Denny) and he came to my house the very next morning to asses the damages! Denny is very professional and loved his worth ethics, he’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing! That same day I signed the contract with him and his crew jelcin and Pablo came to set up the drying equipments! Let me say how professional Jelcin and Pablo both were as they were setting up the equipments! Denny met with my insurance adjuster and went over all the scope of the work and everything from there went nice and smooth and they overall did a phenomenal work! I am going to be honest, I did not think anyone could make a sewage backup feel manageable but here we are. Green Planet Restoration of Pasadena arrived quickly, set up proper containment, sanitized every affected surface, deodorized the entire area, and walked us through what they were doing at each stage so we never felt left in the dark.
