I woke up to find water everywhere and panicked seeing my gear submerged. Fortunately I called Green Planet Restoration of LA and they responded immediately even at 6am. Their water damage restoration los angeles team arrived within an hour with industrial pumps and specialized equipment for electronics water damage. Ruben assessed the situation and explained exactly how they'd try to salvage what they could. They worked quickly extracting water and set up dehumidifiers strategically around my expensive gear. The whole drying process took about 5 days but they monitored everything constantly. Beyond that, they also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to document the equipment damage properly. Really appreciate their professionalism and understanding of how devastating this was for my music production business!

I highly recommend Green Planet Restoration who worked on cleaning the subfloors and removed wet soil in the crawlspace under my house. Green Planet has done a phenomenal job rescuing my condo from a flood by answering my 2 am phone call promptly last Nov 21! Genner came out with his crew by 4 am to suck up the water and set up dryers for a week. Then the tear down crew came to take out two feet of drywall, the flooring, and the kitchen. The rebuilding process was terrific, led by outstanding Zoey Ben, who planned the demolition and renovation perfectly and led the crew, which included Sapir, Tony Hernandez, Rolando, and others. Tony H and crew - Enrique and others - did a great job doing the rebuilding itself. Sapir designed a functional and beautiful kitchen. Edgar, Victor, Jorge, and Jose did a great job packing me out and moving me back in. And Ronit was always there to make sure I understood what insurance was taking care of as well as helping me see the big picture. Rolando did a great job painting. And Eric made sure I knew when the movers (Edgar, Victor et al.) would be there - they moved me in over two days and unpacked my stuff over an additional two days. I am so grateful for all the wonderful people at Green Planet! Many thanks!

I own a commercial property in Tarzana where there was vandalism that required professional restoration. Spray paint, broken windows, and intentional water damage throughout. Green Planet Restoration of LA offers vandalism restoration services and they responded quickly. Moses coordinated the cleanup, glass replacement, and water damage repairs. They worked with police for documentation and had the property secured and restored in about 10 days. Really professional handling of a frustrating situation!

My house in Northridge had roof damage from high winds that let rain pour in during a storm. Called Green Planet Restoration of LA and they provided emergency roof tarping service immediately to prevent more damage. Then they came back and did full water damage restoration. Ruben coordinated with my roofer and insurance company. The roof tarping repair saved me from catastrophic damage!

We contacted Green Planet Restoration after our home was broken into. The intruder shattered a window, hid in our gym room, and left blood on our equipment and belongings. It was late at night on a weekend, and after calling several other companies with no response, Green Planet was available and came out promptly. Green Planet Restoration very recently completed a job for us. A water leak caused some extensive damage in one of our bathrooms and an adjoining bedroom. Green Planet handled both the mold remediation work and the reconstruction. We dealt with Carlos on the remediation and Shauly on the reconstruction. Green Planet handled the entire project including permits with LA county as well as dealing with the insurance claim. Pertaining to the insurance claim, they helped ensure that the insurance company followed through and paid what we were entitled to. Everyone we dealt with at Green Planet for each part of the job was professional, courteous, responsive and helpful. Communication with customers is a key strength along with providing high quality services and work. Their trades people and subs always left the work site clean and orderly. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Green Planet and I'd certainly use them again, if needed.
