After discovering significant black mold in one of our bedrooms, I called them immediately and was impressed by how responsive and professional they were. David, our project manager, came out the very next morning and provided a clear, detailed scope of work. Optimistically planning on insurance coverage, but realistically expecting denial, he made sure that all work and costs were approved by us before and throughout the insurance process. Thankfully we ended up being covered, and David helped negotiate on our behalf.
Olman, our project manager, was attentive and communicative. He kept us up to date with all the work and progress, and helped us coordinate with the workers we had coming and going for several weeks. The crew working on the house was excellent, too! Giovanni walked us through the work, and helped us when we wanted to make adjustments. We made some pretty drastic changes to our spaces, installing LVP in both rooms and painting the wall and ceiling a dark color in one of them. These big upgrades were easily handled.
At no point did we ever feel like we were left hanging or out of the loop. Even throughout the payment process, with several hiccups with our insurance checks, they were kind, patient, and understanding.

Amazing service! Our AC unit had a clogged drain line that caused water to back up into our closet for who knows how long before we noticed. By the time we discovered it there was mold growing on the walls and carpet. Green Planet Restoration of Seattle came out and did a thorough mold inspection first. After that they did the full mold remediation which included removing the affected drywall and carpet. What's more, they also fixed the AC issue that caused the problem in the first place which was super helpful. Everything was sealed off properly during the work so the spores didnt spread to other areas of the house. Got it tested after and its all clear now. Really glad we called them!

I cant say enough good things about Green Planet Restoration of Seattle honestly. We bought an older home and found extensive mold damage in the attic during the inspection. My plumber referred me to David and he arrived quickly and calmly, setting up machines to dry and begin the remediation before I honestly realized how big of a mess I was in. He prepared me for what I was about to go through and told me he would help me along the way. From mid June to the end of October 2025, he kept his word working directly and tirelessly himself and with his team for my family.
Besides good people, Green Planet's special sauce is their deep knowledge of and shared technology tools with insurance companies. Our original claim payout was terrifyingly low - barely enough to cover one bathroom, let alone three. Through David and team's work with my insurance company (Farmer's) they doubled our payout by advocating for our repairs at the line item level.
I wish the need to use Green Planet on no homeowner. The process of dealing with a costly, destructive problem is not fun; but if you find yourself in that situation, you could do much worse than to be in the mess with these guys. We are wrapping up the final punch list items and are delighted with our new bathrooms and deeply thankful for the services of Green Planet.

With the saturation of the basement area, they equipment running to verify the moisture levels were finally back to an acceptable level.
