Unbelievable company. I buy their large lumpwood which is perfect for low & slow cooks, and it burns so clean the quality is great. My last order was placed on a Sunday evening and it was delivered 10am on the Monday...can't complain at that!

I have been using Green Olive products for just under five years now and the quality of the products and the service has never been anything other than exceptional. Responsive, accomodating and just a wonderful company.

Without doubt our go to place for charcoal and hardwood logs. We cook outdoors five days a week, winter and summer and over the years have tried all kinds of products from various outlets. Their premium professional lump wood charcoal is, in my opinion, unbeatable for burn time and heat output. Similarly their kiln dried hardwood burns so well in our pizza oven. All totally natural products. I can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been using Green Olive products for a while now and I can honestly say they are just awesome! As a regular outdoor cook, I wanted a Charcoal that burns clean, hot and lasts through the duration of the cook but also enhances the flavour of the food! I love that the company sources ethically and sustainably which is an important factor when I’m choosing a good quality product. The kiln dried wood 🪵 is essentially the best for my Woodfired oven and fire pit cooking but also keeps me warm in winter. Customer service is exceptional and always delivers!

I have been cooking with Green Olive Firewood products for the last couple of months and I am very impressed with the quality of the produce and customer service in general. Their charcoal produces a nice clean smoke from the start which is a good indication the charcoal is good quality and is not sooty. The firewood has a lovely aroma straight out the box and lights very well, which is great for cooking or in a chimnea or pizza oven. Great company, highly recommend

I recently purchased a new kamado BBQ and was recommended to green olive by a friend. There was a discount on for new customers and they are local to me so it was a no brainer for me. Ordered Sunday evening and was delivered by 8am Tuesday. Yet to try the products but I'm looking forward to my first cook this week.

UPDATE: Credit where credit is due - I received a phone call from Jaimie this evening who remembered my previous issues and was apologetic for the current issue. She explained that the company feels strongly about customer experience and takes responsibility for issues & omissions when service doesn't go they way they strive to achieve. I appreciated the personal touch and the fact that they reached out to me and made good on their promises. Thank you Jaimie ======================================= I bought 2 bags of the premium lump wood charcoal. Mindful of the promised delivery timescale I organised a cook with friends. Needless to say it was a failed delivery. On contacting support I was told there had been a hiccup and was promised it would be with me the following week by special delivery - I was given a 20% discount code for a further purchase. The second delivery failed to arrive- I was frustrated however Jamie from support told me he was embarrassed by the second failure and offered a 30% discount on my next purchase. The goods arrived 3 days later. The first bag was nothing special. A few big lumps but mostly there was a lot of broken and small pieces that don’t really work in a long cook. The second bag however was much better and more in line with what I expected- it burnt hot and despite initial spitting it settled down and did some good long cooks. I decided to give them another go and tried to order another 3 bags for delivery with the 30% discount code. That’s where the story starts again . the code states it’s not recognised and therefore not valid. I have emailed twice and had no response and even contacted on the website. So I’m left thinking- can I be bothered anymore with this kind of hassle or am I just unlucky?
