I have nothing but the highest praise for Chelsea and her entire team! They are professional, detail-oriented, honest, transparent, highly experienced, and dedicated - and are also just lovely people to work with. They completed a renovation of my kitchen and two bathrooms on schedule, even though I ended up adding several things to the scope of work. With two small kids, I especially appreciated the extra effort they made to make sure we were without a working kitchen for only a short time. Ryan managed my project and kept me updated every step of the way, always finding efficient solutions to any problems that arose and making suggestions that improved the finished product more than I could have imagined. Green Hill is truly a special group. I highly recommend them for any home renovation project!

We had a great experience renovating our kitchen and two bathrooms with Green Hill Contracting! The project estimates were detailed and accurate, and we stayed true to the budget. The day to day work was communicated clearly for us each day and I appreciated the communication using their builder portal. I hired Greenhill to help me with a checklist of changes throughout my house, rather than a single room renovation. They redid a master shower, swapped out vanities and lights in several bathrooms, and redid my kitchen countertops and backsplash, as well as some drywall and paint work. Chelsea kept my project on track in the midst of her wedding! Isaiah and all the subs were great to work with. Everyone was trustworthy and communicative. Small bumps along the way were quickly taken care of and they have been in touch post-project as well. I thought the pricing was fair after getting other quotes, and I never felt pressured to do any additional work I wasn’t asking for. Thanks Greenhill!

We used Green Hill Contracting to build an art studio with some storage space - to replace an old detached garage that was destroyed by a tree that fell in a storm. We went with Green Hill Contracting because we had used them on kitchen remodel project a couple of years ago and had a fantastic experience. And we are so glad we did because it was another fantastic experience. Chelsea and Ken met with us to understand our needs and suggest their own ideas on details like flooring, skylights, etc. The footprint was pretty small so the space had to very carefully designed. Once we were ready to go, Isaah was assigned to be our project manager and he was really wonderful to work with. He did a great job coordinating all the various sub-contractors and making adjustments as we went along to satisy small tweaks that wer wanted. Most importantly, he was very responsive and kept us constantly informed of timelines and next steps. I should put in a word for the subcontractors that Green Hill Contracting uses - they are really top notch. We could not be any happier with the end product - just as with our kitchen. And of course, they will be our choice for any future constructon project.

Professional every step of the way ! Clearly states what will be done in your contract. Very experienced team that does the manual labor. We have a unique house built in 1875 and we needed work on the foundation where the house had to slightly be lifted to address the issue. I would only let a very experienced team handle something like that !! Everything went smoothly and the area was kept clean when it was a multiple day project. Prices are very fair and affordable and when something is discovered during the repairs there is prompt communication if something else needs to be addressed and the cost. Would highly recommend this team for any home improvement or repair! Addendum: 9/30/24: more projects on our old farm house ! We needed repairs to our front porch and our front living room … they were sinking into the ground due to the age of our house … Green hill is a solid team with very experienced workers. They matched all of our old wood that was tongue and groove hardwood , they stabilized our foundation and floor and made the existing and repaired front porch come together seamlessly. I can’t recommend this team enough! Give them a call when you’re looking for repairs and redesign. I will continue to use them as I restore my farm house. Addendum 6/10/25: the porch painting started to peel and come off. I messaged green hill and they immediately responded and listened to my concerns. They noted it was under warranty and that they would come fix it as soon as possible and apologized for any inconvenience. This team stands by their work and are always professional. We will continue to use them for our never ending old house projects. You won’t be disappointed!

Chelsea and her crew were so wonderful to work with! From the preconstruction meeting to the post-construction home cleaning! I wasn't always the easiest client (from selection changes to a surgery that had me homebound during the work) but Isaiah, the project manager, showed exceptional patience with me; and all of the trades people working in my home were respectful, neat and timely.
