We have pest inspection and cockroach extermination services. As we ahve previous experience with bed bugs and as our Coop employs this service, we have them come into our home monthly. All of the employees have been friendly, polite and efficient.

I’ve been with Green Earth Pest control for 10+ years on numerous properties. I called in today to find out the last time they came to the house (I’m set up quarterly), because my tenants have mentioned they haven’t seen them in a while. I found out that the last time they were there was 5/6/25, but were not scheduled to return until 9/25/25, which is almost 2 months late! When Cary (sp) put me on hold to find out why, he came back with - due to losing so many clients after the Palisades fire, they have needed to reformat their schedule. On top of that, They now require that a card to pay with is now left on file. I never heard a word from them that they have changed their schedule and they choose the summer, which is the worst for bugs to make this change. My family has given them a tremendous amount of business and as of today they are done! One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I hate to say it, but I don’t even trust that they came the last time. They said they came. Do better, Green Earth Pest Control and good riddance!
My wife and I were dealing with a mild infestation of cockroaches centralized in our kitchen. After many attempts on our own to deal with the problem, we luckily found Green Earth Pest Control on Google and we are so glad we did! They exterminate in such a professional and scientific way. It’s actually fascinating. We were also worried about our cat and the chemicals, and they assured us that they are safe for all pets, which was a relief. The exterminator technicians who came were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. After the first of two exterminations, we barely saw any roaches and then very quickly there were absolutely none. They came a second time a month later and planted a final round of bates and traps, but we get the sense that this is it and they have killed all of the nests in the walls. This is so incredibly satisfying and we can’t thank them enough for helping us out. We highly recommend Green Earth Pest Control on every level!

What a disappointment .... Green earth came to do an inspection and they "found nothing" other than space at my doors and the window air conditioner. This was a lie .
An hour later our handyman came by and moved the stove to take a proper look and indeed found a hole in the floor with rat hair and .....!

The technician they sent over was incredibly thorough and was sharing information freely on how to prevent unwanted visits by rodents and Other insects I can't say enough, how professionally they were and respectful of our home.

I have been using Green Earth to get rid of roaches. It doesn't always work to eradicate them fully the firt few servies, but now we haven't had roaches for 6 months-1 year. Our service person Will is careful and considerate. I prefer non-toxic extermination and no human or pet has ever had reaction to the service.
