Davil came yesterday to look at why we were still hearing such strong scratching noises in the attic and found that the open spaces at the bottom of our decorative siding outside panels had never been sealed off to keep the squirrels out. We have at least six around the house, including a long piece under a bedroom window. So he will return today to deal with those and that will hopefully be the last step necessary to keep them out of the attic. He also put out and baited a cage to trap any squirrels which are getting into our attic. This all combined to seem like a big step forward. Thanks, Davil!
We live in the neighborhood with mature trees and have lots of squirrels. Over the past year and a half we have had ongoing damage to our property from pests getting in at weak points. This team helped identify and repair the weak points and prevent new breaches. Our technician, Davi, is knowledgeable and service-minded. If we have any concerns, they come out right away and help us troubleshoot. The office team is responsive via their text system and I feel like if we have any problems we can get help pretty quickly. This is not a service that you want to have, but if you need it this is the team you want.
NOTE: We previously used a different company who billed for services that they did not complete and that were not accessible when problems occurred. They even missed appointments entirely.
Can't say enough good things about our experiences with Green Eagle. Our "Guy" is very personable and professional. This is our second year with Green Eagle and the impact their service has provided has exponentially increased our quality of life in our outdoor spaces. We are extremely happy.
