It's a good bang for the buck compared to WeWork (minus all the amenities like the drinks, since the coffee offered here is mostly empty and not good). You definitely get a bigger office for the price, a less chaotic environment, and fewer people with attitude. Everyone here is here to do their work, and it's fine. My only complaint is that the Air quality at the Jay Street location is not good, and the A/C is mostly down or runs in a limited mode.

It is a great place to work if you are looking to get out of your house and still have people around. Wether you need a one desk office two desk office or even more they have it, there are conference rooms available as well.

Coworking space in Dumbo. It was ok in terms of space, the hot desks are $29 per day. It doesn’t come with anything really though. You need a keycard to do literally everything including using the toilet. I’d go back there again but only if I needed a space in that area, it didn’t wow me.

Hello Andy. Thank you for your honest review! Because the space is mixed between long term rental and coworking space, along with easy access from the street - for everyones protection we use keycards. Our monthly membership gives a lot more access. We hope to see you back sometime soon!

Our production company spent two months at GreenDesk throughout prep-production, principal photography and wrap. It was very convenient to have all departments (production, wardrobe, covid team) except art at one location though in separate rooms. We were still closely connected but everybody could have their own space that varied in size, layout and outlook depending on their need. We could do our rehearsals at the large conference room, our talent and crew could hang out in the hallway and kitchen lounge comfortably; we had various small rooms available for meetings that we could book in advance. The Dumbo area is a great location to be, easy to commute, safe late at night, lots of restaurant are around and has a great artistic vibe to spend time. The close proximity of the train certainly gives a basic beat and rhythm to the day but we were in the heart of Brooklyn after all. The 24-hour access to the offices is definitely a plus as well as having a freight elevator, a loading dock and access to printing. The entire GreenDesk space and our offices were kept spotlessly clean; our garbage had been emptied several times a day. Karen at the reception was very accommodating and helped us whenever we needed support. Cannot wait to be back!

Firstly from the time that I toured GreenDesk last June 2019 and now- my experience with the product has been awesome. But what really makes my experience here fantastic are my encounters with Amanda ( manager at 155 Water St ) and Justine ( manager at 68 Jay St). They always answer all of my inquires in a timely basis and always have answers to all of my 100 questions and 100 concerns. These women make me feel as if I’m the only tenant. They always have a smile and a hello ALWAYS.. They make Green Desk a 5 star co working experience.

I work at the retail shops & it has been an amazing journey thus far . Co - workers are very welcoming , the place is always kept clean , and there is security at night which makes me feel safe . There are so many positive points about Greendesk. The Jay street building specifically is located in a prime area of Dumbo, heavy foot traffic and local to subways, and some of the most historic and iconic parts of brooklyn. In my opinion the prices are unbeatable, and the options are fleixble. There are cool perks for tenants, like free coffee, a designated lounge and kitchen space, conference rooms. Oh and the biggest perk of all, free and unlimited networking opportunities !! I think you get my point, I highly recommend a Greendesk for office space and store fronts for small business owners.

We moved into Green Desk Dumbo location about a month ago after a horrible experience at a different building/company and the move was completely seamless. Justine was very welcoming and so helpful throughout the entire process. All of the staff are friendly and the building is extremely clean. If you're looking to move to Dumbo, definitely check out this location!
