AVOID. I paid this agency 2575 AED to arrange a Schengen appointment, after they told me they could secure a submission slot within a specific timeframe. After payment and many follow-ups, no confirmed appointment letter was provided within the promised window, and the timeline kept changing. I requested a refund because the service was not delivered as agreed, but they refused. I have now opened a bank dispute and will contact Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Very disappointing. PS: despite the cloying reply written with GPT, I have not received any direct refund or direct message - and will continue with the bank dispute, report to the authorities - and a separate legal action if needed.
