Such a great lunch spot in Brunswick! We came in for their lunch special and were so impressed with both the quality and value. We started with the pumpkin arancini which was crispy on the outside and super soft in the middle, so good. For pizzas, we ordered the potato with goats cheese and caramelised onions and the smoked paprika chicken. Both were incredible, but the chicken pizza was a standout and had a delicious tandoori-style flavour to it. The lunch deal made the pizzas only $20 each, and even the espresso martini was included in the special for $15 which felt like such a bargain. They also had a great range of local beers on tap! Really good food, great atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back!

I placed a takeaway order over the phone for one pizza — The Grass is Greener on a gluten-free base, with added mushrooms. Simple enough order. When I arrived to collect, I was handed two pizzas. I pointed out that I had only ordered one, and they handed me the correct one — except it had no mushrooms on it, despite me paying for the extra topping. When I brought this to their attention, staff told me they would "sort something out." After waiting another five minutes, they handed me back the same cold pizza with mushrooms hastily scattered on top. No fresh pizza. No effort to remake it properly. Just toppings thrown over an already-cold base that had clearly been sitting around. If a mistake is made in the kitchen, the right thing to do is remake the pizza or just refund me — not patch it up and hand it back. The result was an unpleasant, cold pizza that tasted nothing like it should have. I paid for a freshly made pizza with mushrooms. What I received fell well short of that. I'm genuinely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the way the situation was handled. Will make sure to not order again.

Mahwish, I’m very sorry your pizza arrived wrong and was handed back cold with toppings haphazardly added. That is unacceptable and not the service or quality we aim for. We would like to offer a full refund or a freshly made replacement and will address this with our team to prevent it happening again. Please contact the store or ask to speak with the manager so we can arrange the refund or replacement and make this right.

These guys deserve a massive 5 star review for service. I bumped a wine glass and it ended up in a friends lap and the staff swooped in to rescue my friend's pants and clean it up. It was my fault, yet my glass was promptly topped up (they didn't have to). The vegan pizza is yumo!! In the past if there's ever been a slight order glitch in the kitchen they've been across it, making sure that we are so taken care of. Thank you team!
