Great Lakes Radon members Dalton and Logan came early and finished in an appropriate time. They carefully installed the radon system and explained everything I needed along with answering my questions. I have a weird sump pump setup but they were able to work around it and to install the system in the room I felt most comfortable installing it in. 5/5 for sure

We bought a new home that had a slightly high radon measurement, so I went to Google and looked up the options for a company to install a remediation system like we had on our previous home. We settled on Great Lakes Radon due to their 5 star rating which is great to see in Google Reviews with so many reviewers! It's a well-deserved rating. Check out the excellent installation work they did - 9 photos are included with my review. I never upload photos but I'm so impressed by their work, I wanted to take the time to share how excellent the job turned out. Added bonus - our old system that was installed before we bought our previous house, had no way of knowing if the system was operational or not. This new system came with a pressure gauge which you can visually see when the system's pump is working. It's an easy way to be able to check. Communication - 5 stars Professionalism - 5 stars Promptness - 5 stars (they arrived on the earlier side of the range) Efficiency - 5 stars Installed work - 5 stars Give the company a try - no need to go anywhere else for service! (This is not a paid ad, nor do I get anything in return.)

Dane and the crew came out Monday morning, arrived on time, and had the work complete in less time than estimated. Within 24 hours, the Radon levels in our home had dropped to under 0.25. We were averaging between 3 and 3.5 before the mitigation was completed. Great service, great results, and a great warranty have taken away all the stress our Radon tests had given us. Highly recommend Great Lakes Radon to take care of your issues!
