From day one, Mark was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions (I had a ton!!!) and showed up for every meeting, walkthrough, and even my design selection process, which was timely because it was a new build!! Mark was with me every step of the way and never made me feel rushed or overlooked. He answered/asked questions I never knew I needed answers to!! When I say hands down thee BEST! I bought and sold 4 homes, 2 of them were with Greathomesatl. This last sale was a sale from HELL for sure, but on my part. There were curve balls left and right dealing with me. These guys not only handled everything that came our way with professionalism, it was also with GREAT patience! We are truly family now! They really took care of the insides of purchasing a home and taught us things we were not privy to during our first ever consultation. Their website offers a consultation where we were able to do a meet and greet and ask all of our questions as new home buyers via video call. I was the buyer's loan officer on a recent transaction where Curt represented the seller, and he was awesome to work with. You can tell when you're working with an experienced professional, especially in real estate when things can change quickly.
He kept communication flowing smoothly, getting information to and from the seller quickly so there were no delays. When the appraisal came in lower than expected, he worked with the seller and the buyer's agent to negotiate a fair outcome that everyone was happy with and so we could get to the closing table ahead of schedule. After stumbling upon the IG page GreatHomesATL back in the beginning of 2023 I decided to follow their page. At the time I was not looking into buying a home but I appreciated the reels and videos bothering Mark and Curt posted. By mid 2023 I decided to start the pre approval process and scheduled a zoom meeting with not really expecting much from the meeting but boy was I wrong. They are both really personable and very knowledgeable in their expertise of work. By the end of the Zoom I left feeling more knowledgeable about the home buying experience and more confident that home buying could be in my future.
