Nav was incredible. The most at ease i have ever felt with a driving instructor. She managed to get me a next day test. The 3 hours she spent with me prior to the test really put me at ease, she was patient, compassionate, and explained things clearly and in a timely manner. She was so encouraging and despite my nerves, I passed my LR first try! Cannot recommend her enough she is truly an asset to this business and the industry. You're the best Nav!

After 15 years of early retirement from the Defence Force my resume didn't look so impeccable so an opportunity arose to earn some money driving a truck but there was a catch, I had to get my HR license and that's where Great Heavy became the Key to unlock my new future, when every other Truck school said we are booked for months Great Heavy said pick a day next week, I paid and they delivered, it was almost that simple ! I had time to learn the test required by Queensland Transport and after a couple of hours getting to know the truck and my assigned instructor I passed the practical driving test and then the written test with ease, since then I have been rebuilding my life financially and socially. Looking back over the last 2 years and seeing everything I have accomplished it's truly been worth every penny
