We cannot say enough good things about Nick Extine and Great American Roofing! From the initial contact, Nick walked us through the process of explaining the damage on our roof by showing us very clear photos. He helped us file the claim (because we had never done that before and were clueless) and stayed in constant contact with us. He met with the adjuster and had already marked the damaged area & had taken photos. Once the claim was approved. He helped us pick out new shingles, got us scheduled for replacement and stopped by to make sure the work was to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with our new roof. We highly recommend Nick and Great American Roofing.

Nick at Great American Roofing inspected my roof for hail damage. He worked with me and the insurance company to initiate the claim and worked with the adjuster to facilitate the claim. Once claim was approved, I had a new roof in less than two weeks. The whole process was painless and performed with professionalism. We had some pretty substantial damage after a recent storm and reached out to Great American Roofing. They helped us get a new roof fully through insurance and they were great at explaining every step of the process. Very transparent and laid out all our options.
