Wonderful service and price. Sammie was great helping me coordinate the quartz and Blanco sink with my cabinet and tile samples. Loved the full service from tear out and haul away of old counter to accurate measurements and install. Price quoted was all inclusive. Would recommend and in fact I am currently back at Granite Busters to order a bathroom countertop.

Nora and the team at Granite Busters were amazing! After visiting over half a dozen different stores looking for inspiration/guidance between granite/quartz/quartzite, it took all of 5 minutes with Nora to know we should've come here first. She alleviated our concerns with the quartzite with their sealing process (something that hadn't been mentioned or offered at any other location). Their warehouse inventory was amazing. We picked a couple possibilities and set an appt. to come back and they laid out multiple slabs from each. Our 11' x 5' single slab island looks AMAZING and they did the outside counters in a contrasting quartz. Will never go anywhere else!

This was the first time we purchased granite countertops. I shopped around and selected to work with Granite Busters. Two of my neighbors already completed projects with Granite Busters.
My initial visit was with the manager (because the sales folks were busy with other customers). He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our follow-up visit was with Samantha. She was helpful, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the selection process.
Her communication was helpful and she updated us with our next steps. Our cooktop delivery was delayed and Samantha rescheduled everything and never missed a beat.
Our install included three countertops and a sink we purchased from them. We purchased a new cooktop for the installation.
The installation crew explained the process and handled everything and answered my questions.
We had zero issues and we are pleased with our purchase. Our next step is to install a taller backsplash.
I would recommend Granite Busters. I would work with them again.

I highly recommend Granite Busters for anyone who is looking for a personable, patient, honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional business,. From the moment we stepped in the doors (on a Saturday mind you) we were taken care of with kindness and precision. They listened to what we wanted and gave us honest advice and feedback. Hard to imagine that installation could go any smoother but it did. The turn around from walking in the door at our initial visit to installation was about 2 weeks. The installers were kind, efficient, and skilled. They carefully and skillfully installed our quartz countertops. We are beyond thrilled with this whole experience and that is due in large part to the people that worked with us . Alex Owen is a true professional, who guided our thoughts “in house”, while EJ and his team, executed the plan Alex helped lay out in our house, in installation day.
Thanks for the best Christmas present ever!

We have nothing but positive things to say about Granite Busters. Our sales person, Samantha, was so lovely to work with, kind, such a bubbly personality and very knowledgeable about the business. It was a pleasure working with her. Andy had great communication, was prompt when he arrived at the house and just as kind and friendly. Our experience with Granite Busters to replace our master bath vanity was great from beginning to end! Samantha in sales was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! We casually mentioned that our kitchen sink seemed loose from countertop that was installed by Granite Busters at least 15 years ago. Repair team was sent the very next day!
Installation team and plumber were prompt, knowledgeable and did an excellent job!

Granite kitchen facelift
Friends of mine had used Granite Busters and they were happy with them. I wandered in there and was warmly greeted by Nora. She showed me countertops and I picked one. I told her about my time limitation because of an upcoming surgery. I looked for a backsplash that night and decided I wanted to look again at countertops. Nora was great as we looked, again. I picked a different one that Nora had actually mentioned on my first look. I loved my second choice of granite countertops. Alex came and did measurements, very professional. And Granite Busters like dogs, Andy Johnson performed the old countertop demo sink, water and disposal disconnect. Also professional and I was able to ask other questions about the project. Installation day crew was on time, professional and educating me on details. The fit was perfect. Seems looked great. Joe the plumber came that afternoon and hooked up all my plumbing. I love my new Jasper granite countertop. Backsplash was installed by Andy Johnson. Very happy with the quality of his work also. Nora was so personable and knowledgeable, helping me throughout this process. I love the facelift of my kitchen. Thank you, Granite Busters. Kudos to all staff I met over this process. !

Granite Busters solved all my problems! I had a warranty claim for a manufacturing defect on my 10 year old counter tops, that were installed in 2015. Granite Busters took care of everything at no cost to me. Alex and I came up with a permanent solution to the problem. Alex was great at communication and keeping me up to date on everything along the way. Alex and Adam showed up on time, kept my kitchen clean and provided a professional installation. I am very happy with the results and the solution they provided. I will definitely be using Granite Busters for any future projects and will recommend them to anyone interested in updating their coutertops!

Our experience with Granite Busters began nicely, as I took my 81 year old mother there to select kitchen countertops on recommendation of her friend. Big mistake. Samantha was polite and friendly to work with. The amount of paperwork we filled out at purchase was shocking, and it felt like we were signing a life away. The install is where everything fell apart, and we were horribly disappointed. The owner's son was in charge of my mom's install, so even more so, this lack of quality speaks to the abysmally low level of quality for this company.
One of the quartz countertops arrived a fraction too long, and instead of stopping (it was a Friday and I'm assuming the young man wanted to finish), taking it back to trim it correctly, the installer HACKED THE DRYWALL and made it look like absolute crap. They left my 81 year old mother with a jacked up mess and never said a word (they never asked if it was okay to destroy the wall to begin with). See pictures.
The consultant Samantha called me later that evening, all cheerful, asking if everything was to my mom's satisfaction. When I explained that the wall had been cut, she had no idea. I sent pictures; she admitted it has a horrible, messed up job. They tried to send a handy man to fix it, but after three trips to my mother's home, the area still looked a mess. A complete disappointment.
Also, the plumber that is touted and encouraged from the consultants is not the best. You are much better to hire privately. I know some have had a great experience, but I would never ever give them my business again. Do not take the risk. Cleaning up their mess has been a royal headache. And they didn't offer a penny off my mom's price tag. Not a penny! Run the other direction.
I have posted pictures of how the son of the company installed the quartz and walked away from my mom's home proud of his job. Would you EVER have this company in your home? I was speechless. We had this install mid-June. The handyman came out in July and his work was equally unimpressive; I've included pictures of that attempt as well.
My mom just quit with this. Know when to cut your losses. Bless her heart. At 81, isn't this just ridiculous to mess with?!

We agree that cutting into the wall was not what should have happened. We offered to either remove that piece and trim it down or have the aforementioned handyman out to fix it. It was decided that the handyman would fix it. We paid for his services and refunded you for the paint plus additional money for the hassle. I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with his work. His last interaction was with your mom who said she was happy. If the posted picture is the finished work, I fully concede that it’s not perfect. The person we contracted to do the work was told by your mother that she was completely happy when he left, so we considered the matter satisfied.
As to the plumber, he couldn’t install the dishwasher that day because the person who installed the cabinets had not drilled the hole for the line. That’s an easy oversight, but not Joe’s fault. This is not a service that Joe does, and my installers don’t come equipped with hole saws for wood. The only equipment we have would butcher the cabinet.
