Tim went above and beyond to secure us a very good mortgage. As a director of my own company the mortgage process was more complex than usual and I could not have done it without Tim’s expertise and consistent support. Finding a house was a drawn out process and Tim stuck with us throughout, even when a couple of purchases fell through. More than this, Tim was on call with any questions I may have had, even in the evening or over the weekend. Last but not least, when we finally could proceed with our mortgage offer, Tim even returned to the lender and secured us a lower interest rate. We are very grateful and would heartily recommend Tim for all your mortgage needs! Thank you!

It’s knowing what lenders use, so that the loan amount can be obtained and thus the most suitable rate for your circumstances at the same time. Hope the sale and purchase all goes well for you. 😊

Then we found Tim, and we couldn’t be happier! Yes, we secured you a higher rate to start with, but I didn’t give up, and say that’s it, I researched more and found a lender who’s criteria you met, and a lender that had a much lower rate like you stated.
