I have had the pleasure in dealing with Tim
through a very complex mortgage application to which I
have been trying to sort out for 18 years,
In that time I have dealt with many companys who have tried and failed to get a mortgage offer
Then I came across Tim and I dealt with him , from day one he new exactly where he was going with this and what needed to be done to get it sorted
and he did just that where many others failed
I have now got a mortgage offer thanks to Tims hard work, and me and my family can now put 18 years of worry behind us and move on

Can’t recommend Active Mortgage Advisers enough,their knowledge in the industry has been priceless .after being turned down by the bank Tim pulled out all the stops to get the mortgage needed .money well spent , worth every penny .

Tim has been amazing in helping us get our first mortgage. It’s been a long journey of saving and getting our credit history better, we still had some bad sections to our history but Tim still managed to get us a pretty decent mortgage. He has been contactable at all times, keeping us up to date with what is going on, our purchase is with the solicitor at the moment but he is still there if we have any questions.
We shall be using Tim again when it’s time to remortgage.

I would recommend Tim to anyone. He got us a great deal for our mortgage in a difficult climate. He then helped me with my life insurance which took a few months as I have complicated medical history. He didn’t give up and eventually got me a great deal. Plus he is lovely to deal with!

Tim has been extremely efficient and persistent in helping me find the right product. His communication is excellent.
I worked with at least 5 other brokers and banks who were unable to assist me with my remortgages. Tim was the only one that could help even though it was a very complicated application due to my circumstances.
Being a UK resident and living abroad makes it very difficult to find a product however Tim managed where all others failed.

Tim assisted us in finding a suitable mortgage that fitted our needs. As we were effectively doing a house swap I expected it to be a long drawn out process, I was pleasantly surprised. The mortgage side was simply enough with using the difference from the property value and the mortgage required as a gifted deposit. The same legal process still had to be followed unfortunately. At least the home that your parents built is still within the family and you will be able to enjoy many more happy memories in the home. 😀🏡

As a senior citizen, I was concerned that I would not be able to secure a mortgage. Tim was brilliant from day one and helped us secure a suitable mortgage. I would definitely recommend Tim.
