Karl was such a great host. He responded quickly every time I had a question and was always very timely. Before our arrival, he explained all of the house instructions clearly and was even kind enough to allow us an earlier check-in time since our group was arriving at staggered times from different states.I especially appreciated how he checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. He even shared his website with recommendations for things to do in the area.Karl was a wonderful host, and we look forward to staying with him again in the future!

We had the absolute best time at Karl’s vacation house! We were a group of 12 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt on top of eachother. The location was perfect with beach access just diagonally across the street. The pool was so refreshing and great after a Long Beach day. We had a minor issue with a leak and Karl responded immediately and sent over their maintenance person who repaired the problem instantly. We would vacation here again if given the chance!!!

We stayed at “ Sweet Home Carolina “ for a nice relaxing long weekend for my husband’s birthday and Mother’s Day weekend . We really loved the location of the homes location to the beach and the beautiful sunset views on the marsh in the evening. The inside was clean, cozy and perfect ! We spent the majority of our time in the backyard oasis . We loved the heated pool, hot tub and fire pit ! The turf grass areas beside it was perfect for playing corn hole or other outdoor games as well! Everything was super clean and nice ! We will be back !

Beautiful house in a perfect location. The host was very flexible with check-in and very responsive and helpful. The instructions for checkout were easy; there wasn't much to do, which was very convenient for my family and I. At the end, it was such a nice surprise to receive a box of cookies that my family enjoyed. Thank you.
