This was the best decision I made to come to Grand Smile Dental. They took care of from the very beginning of my treatment. I would highly recommend Grand Smile to anyone who is looking for a caring and professional Dental office. All the staff were great and I appreciate each and every one of them.
Well, I have to say that I used to love this place, until I heard two people speaking horrible things about a patient who was complaining about some pain in his root canal, I couldn’t believe that’s possible in a medical office, especially with amazing doctors. I can assure those people were dental assistants. Using insults ,very bad words and laughing.
3 times I've gone there . Yesterday is the 3rd day I've been there and my Doctors/Dentists were great . I was nervous at first . But , their expertise made me happy . Their explanations were well explained . I would recommend others go there . Thank you very much for your patience . The cleaning was great and can't wait to come back on September .
Receptionist is lovely. Extremely helpful and friendly and made my few minutes of waiting fly by with a smile. The staff is overall very nice and professional. The Dentist I saw was excellent. I felt no pain and believe me I fear dental work. He is young but has great hands and knows what he is doing. Extraction of my tooth was painless and quick. I highly recommend. And I am a health professional myself.
I have been coming here for many years. It’s always a wonderful experience. The front desk are very welcoming and efficient and I’m seen right away. The hygienist is gentek, sweet and very knowledgeable. And the dentists always take their time to review my results and answer all my questions. I always feel well taken care of.
