As a first-time business owner, Grand Bank was my worst banking choice. They falsely advertised online banking for business accounts, a critical feature I confirmed before opening the account. After assuring me it was available, I encountered errors and was later told it wasn't offered for businesses – the banker was "new." Unacceptable. Worse, they never notified me when my account went negative, racking up overdraft fees despite knowing I lacked online access. Terrible service and communication. I'm closing my account and advising other businesses to avoid Grand Bank.

One of the worst banking experiences ever. They made an already bad situation after Hurricane Milton, even worse by freezing accounts after receiving an incoming transfer from Stripe ( a very reputable payment processor). The funds were to aid in the repair and restoration due to hurricane damage. The delay in receiving funds compounded the hardship. This bank is clueless and not concerned at all about the welfare of it's customers. Another Bank being a Bank. After Grand returned the funds to the payment processor, an alternate institution with compassion facilitated the transfer and access seamlessly. I have requested closure of all my accounts at Grand, but have yet to receive a reply.

No, just no, limits you at every step to use your own money, can’t use debt card for anything meaningful, check deposits are limited to $1000, complete joke
