I would highly recommend Grajmax if you are looking to buy a mobility scooter - the process was seamless from start to finish. Photos of my scooter online were 100% accurate and the condition was first class. They responded really quickly when I had questions to ask and went above and beyond to deliver it to me personally in just 3 days. Sold a Kymco scooter to Grajmax Mobility, this was such an easy process. I sent some pictures and a price was agreed. Gracjan arranged a suitable collection day/time and arrived on time, cash paid and the scooter was loaded on the van. I called many company’s and Grajmax Mobility paid the best price. All others pay peanuts Gracjan is such a great person, he really knows his stuff when it comes to mobility scooter, gave me some brilliant advise. Top guy and very knowledgeable. I purchased a Shoprider Cadiz mobility scooter in Black from GRAJMAX MOBILITY. I was contacted promptly to arrange delivery and payment for the scooter at a time to fit in around a family crisis. I was dealt with promptly and professionally. He even delivered the scooter to me on his day off has that was the only day we were available. The scooter was as described. It was like brand new and matched the photos displayed exactly. I was able to try the scooter and was told that there is no rush even though at the time of test riding it was raining. He told me to take my time and make sure I'm happy with it. I am very pleased and happy with not only the mobility scooter but also the way I was treat. He is a true gentleman and I cannot thank him enough for his understanding regarding our family crisis and especially delivering the mobility scooter on his day off. If I could have afforded it I would have the Medina X2 (I think it is) the red cab with the diesel heater in for winter use but unfortunately my financial situation won't stretch that far. I will definitely purchase from GRAJMAX again when I need another scooter. I can highly recommend this company and once again thank you so much for a faultless experience and fantastic mobility scooter. Regards Mike W

This is second time now that I have dealt with Grajmax and both times have been an absolute pleasure. The equipment bought, on both occasions, was a Beamer Tramper. It arrived in good time with a very friendly courier and was in great condition and as described on their site. I certainly would definitely recommend this company to do business with and were very helpful prior to both purchases I have made.
