I spoke to a Graeters employee yesterday and they were very rude. I usually go in-person and always gave good reviews, but I was very disappointed after the call yesterday. I was transferred to 'the manager' (it was just another employee) and she was very rude. She shut me off and hung up. I have never faced such bad service online. Extremely upsetting.
