I spoke to a Graeters employee yesterday and they were very rude. I usually go in-person and always gave good reviews, but I was very disappointed after the call yesterday. I was transferred to 'the manager' (it was just another employee) and she was very rude. She shut me off and hung up. I have never faced such bad service online. Extremely upsetting.

I love ice cream, and Graeter’s is one of my favorite spots to go! They have so many great flavors. The Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is a must-try! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.You’ll usually see a crowd out front, especially on nice days, but the line moves fast and it’s totally worth the wait. If you’re in the area and craving something sweet, definitely check this place out. I love it!
I would overlook the price for one scoop of ice cream if it were actually good. The ice cream here is bland and tasteless. Also the first time I order chocolate chip ice cream and I’m served chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips? It’s supposed to be vanilla with chocolate chips? don’t come here
