Ok so I called about parts for a 2011 Nissan frontier. Things have changed. You no longer can go to the facility and pick your parts apparently. I ended up ordering the front seats and a tail light. The total came up to 315 bucks. I was told that I had to place a deposit on the items and they would be in a week later. I realized I wasn’t going to need the parts after all. I tried to call and cancel my order and ask for my deposit refunded. This is where it went sideways. I was told I was going to be charged 25% on my order, but I never told about a restocking fee , but was told I could get a refund up to 30 days of purchase.
At the end of the day they took the 25% on the total amount and not the deposit. Out of my 159 deposit I was refunded 66 dollars. Not happy with the outcome. Probably won’t be going back.
I worked with Eric on a transmission for my daughter's car, the one I chose (with all my wisdom) would have been the wrong one...Eric went above and beyond, saved me from a situation I dont even want to think about!! Also, he worked to get the best price possible since the correct one was obviously more money!! Eric, thank you for your patience and help! From a business owner, I know how important it is to verify EVERYTHING before charging a client and you simply delivered! Thank you again!
Bad experience that started out as a week turn around time on delivery of items, but turned into 2 months waiting and still do not have the parts that I paid for. I received the fender, hood, and radiator bottle as agreed. Someone in their company decided to send me the wrong color bumper and a completely wrong part just to fill the order a month later. When reported to them that the items were incorrect i requested that if they cannot complete the order to just pick the wrong items up and issue a credit back to me. They agreed to issue credit for the radiator support which was the wrong part and agreed they could have the correct bumper in 4-5 days. Somewhere between they came to pick up the incorrect parts and now show no record of doing such and now expect me to pay for this new bumper after they have lost $815.00 worth of the returned items that they picked up. Very displeased with this process.
Eric with Grade A is a super star! I can text him and he gets me what i need at a great price. The service is outstanding. I have been in the automotive service business for 30 years. I have ordered hundreds of used engines. I bought one from Eric. I have never received a nicer engine. The wiring harness was even intact! It was clean and ready to install. I was so impressed. Eric is my new go to for any used parts I need. He is the best!
Drove an hour and a half to get a part from here. Once I got here, they said they don't have it. I called and discussed my frustration, and they shipped the part for free and gave me a good discount.
*Had to change my review. Waited a week for a feder and they informed me it got ran over by a forklift. This company does not run smoothly. Shipping is always late and that's if the part even gets there.
