Just used these guys again, for the third time now. They're still amazing. Easy to get hold of, easy to deal with, professional, polite, turn up on time (flexible with this as well), and get the job done efficiently. Just had their invoice come though, still very reasonably priced as well! They 100% deserve their 5star record.

Called Grace Plumbing to help us out after another plumber cancelled a job. They were excellent, admin/office staff were fantastic - Amelia was very easy to deal with, she worked through what we needed, and booked one of their plumbers for us at a time that suited. He was in time on the day, and although the job was bigger than anticipated (they called to check we still wanted it done, and what to expect price wise), they remained solutions focused and got everything done for us. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Had problem with hot water not working as well as water pressure in the shower being unsatisfactory. Also had a problem with a constantly leaking cistern in the upstairs toilet. Called Grace Plumbing - they sent Reece and he did an excellent job firstly determining exactly what was causing the problems and then wasted no time in resolving all the issues - all three issues resolved with a couple of hours. Excellent service and am happy to recommend Grace Plumbing
