I had been dealing with foot pain for years and finally decided to try custom orthotics. The team at Gramercy Custom Orthotics was extremely professional and thorough. They carefully evaluated my foot alignment and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The orthotics fit perfectly and within a few days I noticed a big improvement in my walking comfort. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with foot pain or alignment issues.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Gramercy Physical Therapy, especially working with Anna. After three surgeries on my foot, I came in with a lot of uncertainty about how much mobility and strength I would regain. Anna has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the process. Thanks to her guidance and targeted therapy, I’m feeling significantly better. I’m able to walk much more comfortably now and, most importantly, I feel much more confident on my feet again. I tried acupuncture for the first time yesterday, I will admit I was a bit nervous of the needles but once Jae Sun talked me through the process I found it to be quite relaxing. He took the time to talk to me about my health and my ailments which I can admit I have a few :-/ He mentioned he was going to try to open my 4 gates which sounds interesting (I will do more research on). The procedure was painless and he was very informative as to why he was pinning me in specific areas. I was hopeful on resolutions and I know this is just the first step but I will say I immediately noticed the chronic pain I had in my feet went from a pain level of 7 to a pain level of 4...Mind blown. Last night was also the first time I slept through the night, not only did I sleep but I had a dream. I rarely sleep so soundly allowing myself to dream. I can't wait to notice more improvement. Updating this review from 4 years ago. I used to suffer from plantar fasciitis & was going to PT 2x wk with no relief. Since having acupuncture 4 years ago I have been mostly pain free, I'll get the occasional flare-up, but I can now function like a normal human. I have recommended them to so many people. Thank you!
