Got custom orthotics made here and would 100% use their service again. I’ve had orthotics before but needed a new pair after wearing my old ones down. It was super easy to make an appointment and the fitting process was seamless. Once fitted, my orthotics arrived in a timely manner. They were so nice that they even made me an extra pair for free ! I love these new insoles and wear them every day.

My podiatrist had recommended orthotics and I’m glad I came to Gramercy Custom Orthotics & AFO. Dr. Shenker identified areas in my feet and ankles that could be improved through better alignment tailored individually for each foot. The orthotics felt very comfortable from the beginning, I noticed the biggest difference during long walks and runs. I was so satisfied with the results that I ordered a second pair!

As someone who stays very active. I love working out and spending time outdoors. I wanted to take care of my feet before small issues became bigger problems. I had a great experience at Gramercy Custom Orthotics. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the whole process felt very smooth. Dr. Shenker did a thorough evaluation of my ankle mechanics and gait, then casted my feet for a custom mold. I picked up the orthotics about three weeks later, and they’ve been excellent. They feel very comfortable, supportive and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my feet feel during activity. Highly recommend.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Gramercy Physical Therapy, especially working with Anna. After three surgeries on my foot, I came in with a lot of uncertainty about how much mobility and strength I would regain. Anna has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the process. Thanks to her guidance and targeted therapy, I’m feeling significantly better.
