Ben, my cleaner, was very polite and professional. I had no idea that they are based in Grants Pass, so I'm particularly grateful that they made it all the way to Ashland for my service. They were able to neutralize some odors and heavy stains from my cat. They also informed me that if the smell returns that they would return to do the service again for free. Customer service doesn't get much better than that! I will definitely use Cleaning Solutions again if I ever have the need.

Looks like things were well cleaned today. I would like to have a nice citrus smell when I arrive back home, but not sure what cleaning supplies you use. Also, not sure if the ceiling fans are being dusted, but that would be nice to have done too. Thank you so much!
