very helpful my new car is perfect they really put their self out. They brought the car down for me to view offered me a test Dr and I knew when I saw the car in the picture that was the one that I needed as we’re a double wheelchair household went over and beyond to help me including keeping the car for an extra couple of months and help me work out what adaptations were needed very reasonable and helped me get the finance as well

I cannot compliment Gowrings enough for the five star service that has been provided by all members of the team; both in the office plus the workforce who transported the demo vehicle and then the post order vehicle. Gowrings staff have been friendly, supportive and extremely professional and approachable. They are reliable and always respond to emails, phone calls in a timely manner. The craftsmanship of conversion is exceptional. The home delivery and delivery of the demo car was as booked and on time. They also kept the lines of communication open throughout the process. I am a Tetraplegic on a ventilator; following a bicycle accident in 2022. This is my first vehicle since my accident and it has been life changing in so many ways. I cannot thank Motability, the Motability foundation and Gowrings enough. Thank you Gowrings for making this whole process stress free and trustworthy. You showed me loyalty and respect. Just received our 2nd WAV from Gowrings and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The process was so smooth and the customer service from Gowrings and all staff was excellent. I can’t recommend the company enough. They have always been exceptional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else
