We had a wonderful tour led by Lucy to the Philip Island! It is amazing how Lucy triple hats as a tour guide, driver and also a photographer!
Lucy ran everything smoothly with a really good energy and warm vibes. We would highly recommend this tour to everyone! Ps: Lucy’s penguin in a yellow jumper is sooo adorable!
我哋參加左菲利斯島一日遊，呢個一日團係非常好。當日嘅行程係由10:00喺市中心出發夜晚9:30鐘左右喺市中心解散。首先個行程安排好合理，每一個地方都比足夠嘅時間我哋去睇同影相，完全唔會覺得要趕住走唔夠時間。去每一個景點之前導遊都會講好多唔同資料俾我哋聽，每個唔同地方嘅History，有咩睇，有咩玩，有咩要留意，全部都好清楚，冇一絲既遺漏。最重要嘅係呢個旅程嘅導遊Sherif真係非常好，佢個人搞笑得黎又好 Knowledgable，喺唔同嘅地方嘅歷史入面穿插咗好多唔同嘅笑話，成程車一啲都唔無聊。仲要佢手車揸得好穩，即使要搭一兩個鐘都唔會唔舒服。總言之呢個團好值得去，除咗個團會去既地方本身就好值得去之外，導遊嘅仔細介紹同講解都令到呢一個團上昇到另一個層次。好推薦唔想揸夜車出市區既人試吓參加呢一個一日團，一定唔會後悔。

Rhys is a phenomenal guide. We did the Ocean Road Tour; there were many amazing stops that the 8 hours flew by. Loved the smaller group setting. Things were well tailored for quick stops for photos and some more time to walk/ hike and experience that nature. Rhys made it all happen and did so with great energy. He shared amazing stories and details along the way but also gave plenty of break for bus naps 😊. Thanks for such a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful day tour to Phillip island. It was smooth from pick up to drop off. Definitely suggest. Our tour guide Lucy was warm and friendly.
Lucy was so informative and guided us through out the tour in a very engaging and knowledgeable way. Much appreciate her efforts to make us feel at ease.

My friends and I had a great time with Lucy! She makes sure to keep us entertained throughout the tour - absolutely love how Lucy shared the history and fun facts of melbourne when we were on the bus, tips for photo taking and good spot for the penguin parade. :) I’ve had a fun time and also learnt something new about Melbourne. We had an amazing experience on our tour to the Twelve Apostles! The whole trip was absolutely breathtaking.
What made it even more special was our guide, Alisha. She made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always had a great attitude throughout the day.
My parents don’t speak English (only Spanish), but she made them feel completely comfortable and included, which we really appreciated.
Highly recommend this tour !

Great experience visiting The Pinnacles with this agency. Everything was well organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. The landscape is absolutely stunning and worth seeing at least once. Highly recommend—10/10!

I only had one free day in Melbourne at the end of a work trip and this tour was perfect. I got to feed a wallaby and a kangaroo, see koalas and wombats, and then watch the penguin parade. Mark K was a great guide - sharing the history of the land; information about animals, and great tips to make the most of each stop.

Mark K is an excellent tour guide! He provided clear and informative explanations about the history of the area, and his knowledge about the penguins was really impressive. He also gave us great advice on the best spots and timing to see the penguins, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
