First off, Gouffon was extremely easy to contact and schedule for a move. They didn't dilly-dally with calling me back after I had submitted an online inquiry for pricing and were very responsive to follow up emails with questions that I had (thank you Taylor!). Secondly, their prices are very fair for what is included. Lastly, the big seller for me was they do background checks on all of their movers, so you have piece of mind. Speaking of the movers, shout out to Malik, Trey, and Brett. They were very professional, capable, and delightful. Moving is usually a stressful process but these guys were able to make us feel like old friends that were just helping us out. They were extremely patient with us regarding our nervous nelly dog as well, which is very much appreciated. They were not only on time but moved all of our belongings with care and efficiency. We are still unpacking but I'm confident to say that there have been zero damages. We will definitely be choosing Gouffon for future moves. Thanks so much guys!

The moving team was prompt, engaging, and diligent in their work and to be honest, entertaining in the banter with each other. The pickup from our rental home had stair challenges with 5 large boxed bath cabinets. The delivery location was our construction site with a rather steep gravel drive. All was managed professionally and in a timely manner. Really enjoyed working with the team.

We used them to move our items for a local move. The sales rep was great, prompt, and wonderful to work with. The moving crew was not. The second day two of the guys were talking about being intimate with their girlfriend. Once they unloaded items they left a two full freezers unplugged in the garage and didn't tell anyone. A lot of the boxes didn't end up in the correct areas. Most importantly they broke several items and then hid them amongst the other moved items and took no responsibility for the damaged and hoped we wouldn't find it. I won't recommend them to anyone, there's lots of moving companies to pick from in the area.

Would definitely use Gouffon Moving again! The guys showed up right on time and moved all my stuff in just a couple of hours. I was concerned about some fragile pieces of furniture and they took extreme care to make sure nothing had even the slightest damage. Very happy with my experience with them!

Everything was fine. The packers were VERY generous with the wrapping paper to ensure things were secure. We only had two things damaged - a lamp and a glass top end table. The movers, Conner and Cody were very polite and hardworking. They did a good job getting us into and set up at the new place. Thank you!
