We wanted to upgrade to a VOIP system, and after our experience with our existing telecoms supplier we decided that we didn't really want to use a pushy "national" provider where you never speak to the same person twice, and where trying to resolve faults can be incredibly frustrating.
I contacted Gateway and was immediately impressed by their knowledge and responsiveness. The installation was seamless and the system functionality is excellent.
After nearly two years of excellent, personal service I would have no hesitation in recommending Gateway of Technology.

GoT helped me set up the phone system for my home office in 2020, which included advice about which router I needed. Although I haven't needed much ongoing support, their monthly service charges are very reasonable and affordable for any small business. I've added a couple of services over the years and GoT have always been quick to respond to these requests.

We wanted to use Gateway with them being a local company after spending years with larger telephone system companies and encountering issue after issue and waiting days for things to get sorted. From the start John was helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and what was required. The service by him and the team was faultless and got the new system fully built and integrated in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended and would happily recommend them to everyone

We have used Gateway of Technology for many years and found their service excellent and their pricing competitive, giving value for money. One particular challenge they helped us overcome was right at the height of the Covid lockdown, they successfully help us transition to a new phone system that enabled web based calling and a Smartphone app, all without coming onto site - all equipment had been preprogrammed beforehand and giving guidance over the phone on how to configure.
