Shon the owner of Go Time Cleaning and Restoration was very response starting with my first phone call to his company. He made an appointment with me and showed up as scheduled. He reviewed the situation and advised us of the entire process to determine if we had damage from a water leak. He said he would coordinate all activities needed to take place if they found damage. He did find a leak in one of our hurricane windows that allowed water to leak down into the interior of the cement block wall and eventually on to the carpet. During the process of making the repairs, his work crew was very pleasant, knowledge, reliable and great communicators of what was taking place. The quality of their work was excellent. Working Shon and Go Time to clean up and restore our home after Helene was a very positive experience. Quick to respond, they gave valuable, professional advice on all aspects of what needed to be done to save our home. It was amazing how many details need to be addressed when you are suddenly dealing with a flood situation. Shon and the Go time group took the time to explain what needed to happen and then did it! They had all the equipment and mold treatments ready to go and put our house back to normal in good time. Would definitely recommend and work with them again!!

Great service, reasonable price. They showed up to the estimate on time, and were both professional and knowledgeable. The work crew was pleasant and to deal with. I was amazed at the outcome, the wood looked like it was brand new when they were one. No one wants to deal with mold, but if you have it, Go Tie is a great company to help you get rid of it.
