Happy customers We needed someone to replace a broken handle on our downstairs cloakroom window.Rang Steven who attended at very short notice & assessed what was needed re the correct handle. He made good the closure of the window, until he was able to call back. We agreed a mutual time & date for him to return & as good as his word he arrived on time and carried out the necessary repair. We not hesitate to recommend Steven 100%. Thoroughly deserving of anyone’s business.

I called Steve late morning and he came round that afternoon and changed the barrel on the lock. He was still not happy that the lock worked well enough. We agreed that the whole lock needed replacing. He ordered the new lock and was round the next morning to fit it. No call out charge only charged for the replacement lock. Excellent and timely service. I would highly recommend Steve

Stephen came out within 20 minutes of calling when we were locked out of our house. When the first tries of getting in didn’t work, he went out his way on a Saturday evening to get other tools to make sure we got back in without any damage to the doors or the locks. Definitely recommend!
