Overall solid experience with Gorilla movers. They arrived in their timeframe, made my move close to my quote (about 1 hr over) and moved everything safely (no breaks or cracks in anything and plants were safe). The guys were very nice, and worked in a timely manner and asked clarifying questions rather than making assumptions on items/how to pack etc. which I appreciated. Even dropped off the boxes in my preferred areas (bedroom, living room etc.). The only hassle was upon leaving, they left their SpeedPaks and wardrobe boxes and charged me for them which was unexpected. I called Casey though and he was able to refund me for those items since I didn’t want or ask for those boxes, and they picked up those boxes afterwards. It was a good first time experience with the movers.

this is the second move that i’ve done with gorilla movers in the past six months. both moves with them were absolutely seamless. they’re professional from the very beginning up to the very end. the guys on move day for both moves were great and treated all of my belongings and furniture with care. hopefully it’s a good long while until i have to move again but when i do i’ll use them again.

I had a bad experience with this moving company. I initially was booked with another moving company and got referred to this one by my apartment building. I was offered 10% off if I went with this moving company due to the partnership with my leasing office. I spoke to Olivia and she helped me get price matched because the other company was cheaper. I decided to add packing onto my moving service and was confirmed for packing on move out day. When the movers arrived, they said there was no packing service on their end. So then I had to pack my stuff same day with no equipment while the movers were there. This caused me to be charged for extra time because I had to pack on the spot vs. packing prior and just having them move the stuff. Esteban and his movers were good and nice to me. They adapted to the situation and tried to help me as much as possible and helped me pack. I appreciated them and that’s why I gave the 2 stars. I told Olivia and she gave me these responses in the attachment which I thought were unprofessional. She didn’t even try to accommodate for their miscommunication and mistake. At the end of the service I was told I no longer qualified for the 10% because they price matched, that was not specifics when I initially booked the service. Overall disappointed!

My sister recommended Gorilla Movers to me and it was the best thing I could have wished for. I've worked with several moving companies and have never had one be as efficient and cordial as Gorilla Movers is. I had a lot of things in my house that was making it cluttered and Gorilla Movers resolved my problem by moving and organizing a lot of my stuff into a storage unit. The whole process was so effortless and productive. I would call them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend with anything moving related.

Gorilla Movers is the most positive and helpful company out there. They helped me move into my college dorm this past summer and it was so quick!
