Christian was very professional and the crews that completed the roof/gutter installation were very professional and did an excellent job very satisfied with Gorilla Exteriors. Just recently hired Gorilla Exteriors to fix a leaking skylight in my home and they did an excellent job replacing it with a new one. Do yourself a favor hire Christian he follows through with his promises.

I was referred to Gorilla Exteriors by my next door neighbor. At the time, my house had suffered significant damage from a recent hail storm, around $85k in damages. My insurance scope of work totaled around $30k, to repair the roof, gutters, windows, garage door and damage to the stucco and exterior front elevation paint. With the help of Christian from Gorilla, I was able to get my insurance to pay out more, based on a very detailed inspection report submitted by Christian and the line item pricing of the material. Of course my insurance denied my claims, but the photos and bids submitted by Christian and speaking directly to my claims adjuster on my behalf helped address my concerns and after months of going back and forth, my claim was approved. This has been an 8 month process and Christian has been there every step of the way. Can honestly say that without the help of Gorilla Exteriors, my claim would not have been paid out by insurance. My house now looks great thanks to Gorilla Exteriors. Gorilla comes highly recommend.

The team was very professional and on time. They worked with our schedule and our residents to minimize any inconvenience and to complete the replacement of the roofs promptly and correctly. The foremen stopped by the Office daily to check in and walked our property daily as well. The roofs look great. The Company who did not get the bid also stated that the work was very well done. I have had two total roof replacements using Gorilla in the last 10 years (2 hail storms!). Both times they did all the negotiating with my insurance company. They had to push State Farm for larger gutters and a higher grade shingle b/c the ins adjuster did not account for that correctly - and Gorilla handled it all! And they gave me some free upgrades too! Love the finished product! Korby was great to work with and kept me informed during the project for roof and gutters.

Frustrating experience -- Korby said he met with my insurance adjuster and actually never showed up. Took 7 months for a repair to our ceiling that was damaged from the roofing crew.. Korby then waved an upcharge for shingles, then changed his mind , days later. Korby also committed to do some work at a rental home, took my bid from a competitor- 8 months later no effort to complete and has not returned my paper work-- guess he just did not want to do it.??? ....... The neighbors also complained he was slow to react-----
