Absolutely fantastic service! James helped us out with initial repairs needed b/c previous owners had shoddy job done on "new" roof before selling. Then we found out we had raccoons! He helped us repair their damage & prevent further damage until we could get them out--even offered to work with the raccoon exterminators on a plan to get them out!! It took us weeks to finally get the right help on the raccoons; but he stayed in touch throughout, followed up with us, and made sure everything was shored up for future prevention as much as possible, including finding a way to help us save on the repeated repairs. Definitely calling him for *any* future issues -- 6/5 stars!

James Gordy is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. He spent a generous amount of time taking pictures of areas of concern on our roof and explaining what he was seeing. We will only use Gordy Roofing! We currently do not need a new roof, but we had some pipe damage caused by squirrels that he repaired free of charge.there is a little facia board damage, and he referred me to someone who can replace this for us. Great experience! His crew is also amazing; met them yesterday at my neighbor’s house😊

After a really bad windstorm a few weeks ago we found several shingles had blown off our roof. Our son-in-law mentioned that he had a positive experience with Gordy Roofing so we gave them a call. They were here the very next day to inspect the damage. Jesus gave us the happy news that there was minimal damage, probably less than $250. He explained that he could match our shingles and would return in a few days to complete the repairs. I think it was 2 days later he was back with the shingles and his tools and got to work. In less than an hour he was finished. The surprise was that he refused to take any payment as there was so little damage it was easy for him to repair, but to please keep Gordy Roofing in mind for future roofing needs. We will certainly remember the company, and most particularly Jesus’ brand of customer service and integrity!
