Chris did a great job installing the electrical for our new hot tub. The wires were hidden perfectly and he walked me through the electrical panel and how to test it to confirm the GFC is working properly.
Protek installed a panel interlock and generator plug box for me. They were on time, did the job, cleaned up, and verified that everything was working. I am very pleased with their work and thought their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.

Chris was fantastic! Had an issue on a Sunday evening and felt bad for calling someone out on a weekend, but he was nothing but pleasant and helpful! Will definitely call again if I have any more electrical problems.

Our Generac was installed incorrectly by a previous electrician. Chris came out on a Saturday and spent hours making the corrections that were necessary to get our Generac running. Chris refused to leave until the job was done and done right. This is one of the best, if not the best experience I have had with a service provider. I could not recommend Chris and Protek more!!!!

I like this Gentleman, he said 8am and he was here at 8am. He was direct and started to figure out my problems. Once he completed his diagnosis, he told me what he needed to do. Worked and completed in a timely manner. My Generac 24KW is now fully functional once again. He complete a load test with no problems. He also uploaded the latest S/W for my unit. Overall great service and provided info on my unit for future possible concerns. I can't say enough good things about his service today. He is highly recommended for Generac service!!!
