I honestly can’t remember the last time I received service this good. Chris Salinas went above and beyond today!
He came out to diagnose my generator, took the time to explain everything to me, checked to see if the issue was covered under warranty, gave me an upfront price, and then got the job done right.
What really impressed me was the honesty and transparency. There were no outrageous charges or surprises just fair, upfront pricing and excellent service.
It’s rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about taking care of the customer. Chris definitely earned my trust and my business moving forward.

Chris came out to service our Generac standby unit and was on time, thorough, and easy to work with. He did the full factory maintenance, ran an actual battery load test, and verified gas pressure under load instead of just starting it and calling it done. He explained what he was seeing as he went. Finding an authorized Generac servicing dealer who does the work right and communicates clearly is not easy, and I'm glad to have someone I can call going forward. Highly recommend Protek Electric.

Chris did a great job installing the electrical for our new hot tub. The wires were hidden perfectly and he walked me through the electrical panel and how to test it to confirm the GFC is working properly.

Protek installed a panel interlock and generator plug box for me. They were on time, did the job, cleaned up, and verified that everything was working. I am very pleased with their work and thought their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.

Chris was fantastic! Had an issue on a Sunday evening and felt bad for calling someone out on a weekend, but he was nothing but pleasant and helpful! Will definitely call again if I have any more electrical problems.

Nothing says “almost done” like discovering the very last item on a roof project is getting the attic fan connected! 😄 Thankfully, Chris at Protek Electric came to the rescue. He stopped by quickly, got our attic fan connected, and wrapped up the final piece of the project without a hitch.
